I am responsible that ATIMS customers are successful with our products and services. I fundamentally believe that we build client relationship for years beyond initial purchase. Moreover, our success with other agencies depends in very large part on happiness of existing clients.

I bring over 20 years of background with software vendors, business consulting, and IT organizations. My goal is to blend this experience and help our clients to deploy state-of-the-art Jail Management System that fits well into Information Technology Department architecture. Additionally, I help the clients to learn how to benefit from Software-as-a-Service and other cloud technologies.

In 2008, we saw a need in the JMS market for a best of breed system that incorporates the latest technologies to the vast functionalities needed to run a successful detention facility.

We took this opportunity, with the slowdown in the market, to redesign a state of the art JMS system. Combining our years of experience, client requests, RFP requirements and technology advancements, we engineered what we believe is the best system on the market, focused strictly on providing a solution to the ever growing demands that a detention facility requires.

Director of Product & Client Integrations

I started my relationship with ATIMS in 2005 as a Custody Deputy Sergeant and as a client. The Sheriff's department I was working for purchased their JMS. I was on the implementation team and was continually impressed with the level of service we received.

When I retired from the Sheriff's Office after 20 years of service, I saw a chance to help not only ATIMS but also all the agencies they serve. The day following my retirement I started with ATIMS as a project manager. I love being able to help ATIMS and the clients to make the best use of our system and improve security and productivity.

Director of Client Development

I bring more than 20 years of business development, client and account management, project management and reporting, prior military experience, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice Administration to ATIMS and its clients.

I believe it is important to focus on developing and maintaining an open symbiotic relationship and communication with our current and future clients, and other “best of breed” vendors for teaming opportunities to meet the needs of our clients.

​

I enjoy helping my clients mitigate their pain points and meet their operational needs at the Jail, while ensuring they get the most out of their budgetary dollars with their ATIMS JMS software purchase. The ATIMS JMS software platform was developed to ensure that the client can customize and administrate functional aspects of the system directly.

Director of Client Engagement

In my role as Director of Client Engagement, I have the opportunity to be a liaison between ATIMS staff and client project team members to ensure not only a successful JMS implementation, but to put in place a system that will carry each client far into the future. Implementation is just the beginning. The continued services that ATIMS provides are tailored to each client's specific needs. We are adept at working jails of all sizes, and we can provide as much or as little assistance necessary.

All clients benefit from my 25+ years of experience in the combined fields of Information Technology, Training and Implementation. As a certified project management professional, I have managed multiple projects and have worked with all levels of management as well as various stakeholders. Some of the services offered by the Client Engagement Office include SQL database management, development of Agency-specific user documentation, automation of department workflow processes, interface development, and delivery of administrator and end-user training. In addition, we also provide 24/7 client support.
